Empty promises

<p>In 2010 I was in an accident and was arrested due to lack of evidence the case was closed. Yesterday I received a call that the case is to be re-opened . As a platinum member of legal wise I went to Maponya branch and elaborated my story and was told I cannot be helped because in 2010 i was not their member. What amazed me is that the case was dismessed is not like it a case that has been going on since 2010. I'm concerned that there are restrictions and I'm paying them , if they can't help me can they please pay me back all my premiums as i'm paying to make them rich and getting no help from them.</p>
