Dropped Calls when you phone them. Poor Service in general

Legalwise is the most useless scheme one can join. You will never get assisted when you need them most to assists you. please email me on ********** or my policy number is ********** , i m currently a member and I would like to end this contract with immediate effect because i can not get any query resolved with any of your branch or call centre ( ********** 000). I will be going to the bank to try stop all you debit payments and may be you'll get a wake call. I need to cancel my contract, please... Thank you
