double deductions

legal wise has been deducting money from both bank account and persal i called last week after noticing my payslip and bank statement it appears since from december they have been taking double and if i had not noticed i would still be charged 184 x2 evey month ....i called legal wise and was sent from pillar to post before speaking to some one at accounts last week tuesday....i called again today now im told they only refund if there is a bunch of refundsbbut for now im the only complainant for refund so they cant refund me until its is a bunch of refunds on the same tarrif/cover option i have to wait....i dnt know until when...please help i spoke to Mathapelo today
