Don't trust Legal wise

A agent came to my work & we start chatting but didn't finish the conversation she took my name & I never saw her again. End of July I saw Legal wise start deducting from my pay without me signing up or choose a policy no papers was filled in or signed by my or the agent had authority to sign me up for a policy without my permission I contacted legal wise consumer how many times to refund my money back & stop my policy but until today nothing had happened. They even informed me that I will receive my money back after I send my documents but nothing yet & they kept on deducting this is ***** & theft I feel I'm going to open a ******** Case against them because they don't take me seriously & is ignore my complaint so I did follow all steps but they is ignoring my complaint. Plz people be careful for agents who visit your work place or homes bunch of chancers they will deduct your money without your authorisation. Don't trust Legal wise they can lie to you & make empty promises They told me they is going to investigate it give me feedback but I didnt receive anything & it's 2 months now but they still deducting
