Don't sign up - poor service delivery.

I'm trying to cancel and not able to get through. On the Contact Us page of their website, there is only a contact form, no email, and no number. If this is so hard to get through to cancel, how hard would it be if I had a legal issue or legal emergency? No one has even emailed me to assist.
