Don't rely on Legalwise, manage your own legal matters!

I had a very simple matter, I was simply trying to get a refund from an online store that is very well known, and they had made a fairly basic error. My Legalwise consultant was SO slow and so unresponsive. The letter of demand had no reference number stated even after I had requested it - and the final straw, when I got no response from the online store they informed me that I need to go to the small claims court MYSELF!! This is what I needed legal insurance for - for them to handle my small claims!! Terrible service.
