Don't ever join Legalwise

I have never seen such bad service . I will never recommend Legalwise to anyone.My husband was in a accident a lady drove into him we have all the pictures evidence of what happened and that she was at fault and now she's claiming it wasn't her fault. We decided to go to legalwise seeing that we have been a member for more then two years but has never used them it has been 6 months and legalwise hasn't don't anything. Every month they ask the same questions ask for the same documents which my husband gave to them at the office he even emailed the documents aswell ,we have even logged a complaint against the lady at legal wise and then escalated the case but even the other lady is useless they doing all of this so that we must loose interest in the case and just give up. They are quick to deduct money but not quick to assist you it not like they doing it for free we pay every month.I am sick and tired of legalwise they are lazy *********** wannabe legal assistants who are useless. We still sitting with a broken car and person that drove into my husband is the one that's getting away . People stay away from legalwise they will just take your money but never assist you .I feel like getting lawyers and taking legalwise to court.
