Don’t even bother!!!
I cancelled this 3 months ago, and even after acknowledging and sending me a cancellation letter, they still pulling out money from my account. When you call them, soon as you mention refund they ALL act like the phone service is bad and drop the call!!! ***!! They’re all trained to stop people from cancelling and from getting their refund for money they’re *******ly taking!!!
