DON'T TALK TO ME, BECAUSE I WILL NOT LISTEN

I contacted Legalwise and spoke to a man by the name of Kwanele N****eni, before I could even finish telling him my legal problem, he was already passing the buck and wanted to ship off my issue to someone else. I insisted that he listens to my matter because its a legal matter and I require advice. He still did not want to give me advice even after I told him how urgent my matter was, he insisted that I send him an email, of which I did and surprise surprise, I did not receive any response.<br> <br> I must say Legalwise is notorious for not responding to emails, you simply just get ignored.<br> <br> Oh and I asked for my surname to be changed on the system and was sent from pillar to post - I'm not surprised though, it seems like Legalwise if very good at being ***********.<br> <br> Very frustrated PLATINUM Card Member.
