don't know what they doing

Spoke to a representative in the begging of May, regarding my case, I was told it's an easy case. At the end of May was told to come in and open a file cause the representative was not winning, we done so. June, July come and went still nothing, he than revert me to they lawyers (at the end of July). Last week on of Legal Wise representatives contacted me to inform me that I should have been told in the begging to start at the Labour Law first, this is now 3 months later. I don't know if they know what they doing or they just don't care about they clients.
