Don't join! You cannot cancel

<p>We tried to cancel our membership via telephone. Willing to sign whatever needed, as was the deal when joining, but cancel? You cant... impossible! Apparently one has to go INTO a branch to do it. What??? Who has this kind of time? Absolutely ridiculous! Don't join. They sign you up over the phone... and then make sure to make it real difficult to cancel. A total joke.</p>
