don't care attitude from legalwise

I am a platinum policy holder at legalwise. On the 28.05.2015, I made a written query requesting their legal assistance with credit judgements. Sadly so, I have not received any feedback regarding the matter. I have not received any acknowledgment and reference number. I wrote to them several e-mails but no response. But they never stop deducting money from my account. Their attitude is pathetic and its not the first time being treated like this. I believe its only fair for them to return every single cent they have deducted cause I'm not getting any service.
