Does not care about members

I have a legal issue that I want sorted out. I have been a member of Legal wise since 1995, and the assistance not to mention their the failure to return back to me after been told that a file would be opened for me and I would receive confirmation within 48 hrs " which has not happened frustrates me. I have also sent numerous e-mails to the Elsie Molokwane but to no avail. What also was disappointing was the person who said that a file would be opened had to my opinion no sense of legal matters. 'IF THIS IS THE STANDARD THAT LEGALWISE HAS FALLEN TOO THEN GOSH"
