Does legalwise ever help people
I am getting quiet angry at the now pathetic attitude of legalwise. I complained on hellopeter last week and got a response that someone will contact me, a week later Im still waiting. Does legalwise even give a damn about their customers? Its weeks now and no one bothers to reply to my mails or anything. This attitude and lack of customer service is downright disgusting. i have never come across pathetic service before. I wonder if complaint will fall on deaf ears, like all my correspondence to them.

We acknowledge receipt of your follow up on you initial complaint.
We confirm that your matter has reached a point where it cannot proceed further. The matter could not be heard at the Rental Tribunal because the respondents did not attend. when you approached the High Court you matter was dismissed on both urgency and the merits. The judge however enquired the reason for your not having laid a charge of housebreaking against the respondent.
You were given a choice between an appeal which would come before court in 2 years and attending to the matter through the police as per advice from the Advocate. The police could not assist.
The legal avenues have been exhausted.
