"Do not use KTG company"

I have paid a company (KTG) in full to perform the laying of brick paving at my house to the amount of R19,000.00 in 2016 November.We have been at the small claims court and Mr Pyne agreed to pay me back the amount of R800.00 per month.He payed R800.00 in November 2017 and that was the last I have gone to the civil court in March 2018 to send the sheriff to claim some of his properties.The sheriff came back and said he has nothing in his name and he is self employed.What would be my next step to try and retrieve my money from this person.
