DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT CONSIDER LEGAL WISE!!!!!!
All I can say, is do not join, I know it is tempting but rather save your money for rainy days. They refer you to our government department which you can do. Or worse loose your documents. I am saying these from my own experience.
