Dissappointed client

Good day Pol *** After numerous problems with the service i got i decided to cancel my legalwise policy on 13/5/2025. I got cinfirmation it will be cancelled and was still active until 1/6/2025. On 15/5/2025 i informed legalwise that i do not want to cancel anymore and they confirmed. Said there will be no penalties. When i queried the afternoon they informed me when a policy is reinstated there will be a waiting period. Now i do not understand as the policy is the still active till 1 June. Im so dissappointed in legalwise. Wish someone can investigate and explain!
