Dissapointes in Legalwise

We are client of Legalwise for almost 20 years and last year we for the first time needed their help. They don't come back after numerous calls we asked for an Afrikaans agent and they just say they only have English agents. We went to see a Legalwise attorney and now are waiting for Leagalwise to give him the go ahead but nothing is happening and its dragging on for seven months now. If I could I would demand all my premiums back because they didn't once wait for their fees. I'm so dissapointed and won't recomemd anyone to join them
