Dissapointed

I reported a case regarding my money owed by previous employer. I tried to get that money my self following procedures for 6 months, then I realised that they delaying me because I was suppose to get it when I was serving notice in December last year. I decided to contact legal wise 4 months ago because I have legal policy with them so that they can help me get my money. It's more than 4 months now the lady I spoke with she always don't have answers for me when I call her. She always tell me she'll call me back after contacting my employer to find out how far are they with the matter. I started loosing hope to legalwise, the lady never call me to update me regarding my case I'm the one who always call to do follow up and she always don't have answers. Their slogan says don't talk to me talk to my lawyer which is not what they doing.
