Disrespectful

It is a nightmare to deal with Legalwise ,have experience the worst appalling and demeaning service.I think have reported legalwise to hello peter for than 5times but they are still getting away with bad service.Florida,Jo'burg and Soweto are nothing to go by.I have an ongoing unresolved case regarding MSA for almost two years niw.Initially handled by Nomsa Phapham with no success and then Omphile took over ,doing all she can but what made me mad today on the 05/07/2018 as I was busy communicating with Omphile Nyembe sending her all the documents that she required.I even signed POA document to act on my behalf .I then enquired regarding the progress ad there was no dfeedback,she told me after almost two years she was doing me favour as my issue is not covered.The audacity to utter that ******* was uncalled ,why did she not diclose that before taking the case.My R 220 premium that is taken off every month bwhich is about to go up for such a stinking attitude from Legal advisors.Whatbis sad is that they don't offer what they are selling on TV am so disappointed and angry at Omphile Nyembe's condescending utterances.Then you ask yourselves as to why wevrun to white dominated companies it is because blacks don't look out for one another
