Dishonest and not trustworthy

<p>This is not the first complain i'm writing about Legal wise terrible service, i will just be brief because i really dont know what i would do or say because i have been the one making follow ups with them but with no success and it pains me because i'm still paying my money to them and they can't deliver, my case of car accident goes back to 2013 May now we are in 2017 my case it hasnt been resolved and i don't even know what's happening despite several email i've send to get an update - and at this point i'm not supposed to be asking for an update this case was supposed to be finalised, and i get so angry everytime when i'm watching TV i see their adverts boasting how they help people clearly those people are getting paid to say all those nice thing about them. I am so really deeply hurt because i was not insured i had to make a loan to fix my car that means it's a loss for me because they can't resolve this matter...i have given them every documents that was required.</p>
