DISGUSTLY POOR SERVICE

Good day <br> <br> Please be advised that I had an appointment at your Johannesburg branch CBD to see MRS STUURMAN. My appointment was for 11:30 however I have arrived at 11:38. when I arrived at the legel wise offices the receptionist was on a call for 20 minutes and keep me waiting. finally when I requested to speak to mrs stuurman, she advised me that I was late for my appointment and therefore I have to reschedule as she is going on LUNCH. I asked the receptionist for her name and she blatantly ignore me. I am honestly disgusted in the service legel wise offers and will never in my life recommend anybody to legel wise. mrs stuurman and the receptionist was very rude and unprofessional and failed to assist me. I contacted the branch to request to speak to a branch manager however I could not even get through. I regret the DAY I APPROACHED LEGEL WISE FOR HELP.
