Disgusting service from Legalwise/Tumelo Pheelwane

I had an issue with a rental agent, I called Legalwise August 2020 to get assistance on the matter, the issue was then referred to Tumelo Pheelwane, at the Benoni Branch, I gave her all the details of the case, with hopes that the matter will be resolved promptly but instead she dragged her feet on the matter, I would call her and she would get back to me after days or weeks, on the last call in November she asked me to give her my contact details and she would call me back, its January and that has not happened, its quite frustrating that I have to deal with ********** and then I have deal with *********** legal representatives. The service has been a truly disappointing one, and have come to an understanding that Legalwise is just a huge ****.
