Disgusting & Illerate Service from LegalWise

I have approached the City of Gauteng branch of LegalWise for assistance after being a member for 4-6 years in regards to my employer refusing to pay my salary after 4 promises. Legalwise **** to me being of assistance. After nagging Legalwise over a month, I am told to approach the Labour Court. Why do I have Legalwise if they cannot help me. The saying should go: " Don't speak to me , Speak to my House****/Gardener", that's how USELESS they are. I contacted the branch numerous times, so as Customer Services, BUT no Assistance????
