Disgusting, horrible service!!!

I am appalled and disgusted at the type of service I have received from Legalwise, I contacted Legalwise on 19 September requesting assistance, I am still waiting for the final draft to be sent to me and then forwarded to the relevant party, to date, nothing. I received a draft that had errors, I requested for it to be amended and corrected, it's over a week now, I have not heard anything from Lovuyo, even after I requested the matter to be escalated, Kamohelo escalates it to him and his Manager, I am still waiting for feedback, today is Friday. The only thing you guys know is how to increase premiums and give disgusting service as if you are doing us a favour. Some of your consultants are rude, we are paying here, you are not doing us a favour. I have never missed even a single premium and I have had this policy for more than 8 years, when I need urgent assistance from you, you decided to take your time. I am disgusted and I am going to cancel this nonsense!!! Policy number: ***3
