Disgusting attitude from your Legal Counsellor

I am so disgusted with the level unprofessionalism and disrespect I experienced from Ludfia Samed today. I cannot come and seek assistance as a client from Legalwise and when I express my frustration due to the incompetence I have received from that office thus far I get disrespected. I need the manager to listen to that call and tell me is that how Legalwise treats it's clients. And what's worse for me is the constant lies. A letter of demand was drafted by yourselves and you want to tell me that the PDF letter was formatted!!!!! when it came through to my side. Then she sends me an email stating that I sent back the exact letter that she sent to me. Do you not check documents that you send to clients. My frustration stems from the fact that if you are not getting the administration right when will we get to a point where we are seriously dealing with the matter! So disappointed with the service honestly!
