Disgruntled customer, Legalwise are a bunch of useless rogues!!!

I have been paying monthly premiums for myself and my 2kids for about 13years now. I have recently given them 2cases to handle. One regarding a new house that i bought which is already starting to fall apart and unfair dismissal from my job. I have sent letters and emails upon emails and received no response. The lady who was handling the case has since found another job and whatever correspondence we’ve sent through like documents and pictures, hasnt been followed up. I have a good mind of going to the media or contacting Carte Blanche and letting them know exactly what the legal consultants at Legalwise are up to!!!! Taking our money and letting our cases pend for months on end with no resolution!!!! I will be cancelling my subscription woth Legalwise and moving to Clientele!!!
