Disgruntled customer

I have never had a terrible service similar to that I have received from Legal Wise. The response time is ridiculous and there is absolutely no feedback at all unless you initiate a mail which they reply to after 3 weeks. The only time you ever get action is if you escalate your case.

I am sick and tired of them and I will be cutting my services with them. They lawyers are useless and do not provide any legal advice or assistance when needed to unless you report them.
