Disatisfied

Begining of January I asked Legalwise to intervene with my issue i have with my creditors and i was assigned Lucinda of King Williamstown office.She tried to call me and i returned her call to no avail.I have since been calling to talk to her leaving messages for her to call me but failed to do so.on 27 january 2021 i got an email from her that i must email her a document,which i did on 04February 2021 and made follow up calls in that regard but to no avail.only this morning when i recieved an sms that Lucinda will close my file because i failed to furnish her with the documentation she requested of which i resent the same documents today 05 March 2020.Time is so much against me for the dilly dally this office is doing with me.On top of that I am paying monthly premiums that i have to beg for.I find this crazy they better attend to my matter asap.
