DISAPPONTMENT
After 4 years of paying and not skipping any premium.They failed me on my first time claiming,i wish ombudsman can reverse all my premiums back.A simple claim from a car insurance which didnt finish the job.Legalwise is a disgrace.Am sure you already lost a lot of clients.Durban branch has useless bunch of table sitters.
