Disappointment / ****med

Hi I am writing this with so much disturbance from much disappointment that I didn't expect from you as my legal team with the claim I have made and that I am told that Legal Wise cannot help me because my matter is classified as business of which I don't get as I had worked for a company and they were supposed to pay me and didn't and reverted to you as my legal help to fight for me and I am told this, what a shocker this is for me so I asked a question that if you have clients that are in the entertainment business such as myself e.g. Make-up artist, Guitarist, Camera person etc being employed to bring in their gear they work with are considered as business? clearly you are going to loose a lot more clients because of this, at this point in time I feel betrayed, ****med, and time wasted as I had joined this when I was fresh out of school and had started doing part time jobs and all these years I have been paying my subscription for rainy days and when those days come I am told that sorry we cannot assist you with your matter you need to look for a private lawyer, I am asking myself why was I paying legal wise a monthly subscription all these years when I need their help they are unable to help me, when this is the second claim I did ever since I have been with them never defaulted and with the first matter I had when someone bumped my car I was never assisted and yet I kept being part of this team "representing Me" I feel legal wise cares about ******** people off their money and not do a thank to help them with real matters at hand like myself where I am told the only thing legal wise is to send the letter of demand and phone calls to say sorry about their incompetence in dealing with my matter when I pay for this service I am failing to receive because of some stupid company policy. I am lost for words with the dissatisfaction I have with legal wise and am going to take this further as the country need to know about such things with all these companies that claim to have our interest at heart while milking us
