Disappointment on Legalwise

I am Vatiswa Mbono writing this review with disappointment and devastation about my claim that has been partially resolved in the sense that the second defendant who is Collin Acheampong was instructed by the court to pay R500 monthly for the debt of R60 000. of which I did not understand that how come a court or my lawyers allow someone to pay such small amount, how long will that take for him to finish the debt??. None the less he paid his first instalment on the 5th of May 2023 and on the 5th of June a on the 5th of July then on the 5th of August he did not pay and I communicated with the attorney that was assigned the case from Maphosa and associates, he said he will communicated with him but up to to-date the 16th AUGUST 2023 I have not received any payment. And the court is quiet about the 1st defendant Yonela Mtshontshi, although she was the one who verbally convinced me to give her boyfriend Collin the car.

I am not satisfied with this arrangement of R500 monthly towards the debt of R60 000. can Legalwise do something better for me, because all I want is money back for my car from Collin and his girl friend Yonela Mtshontshi.
