Disappointing Service

Am very very disappointed by the service I recently got. I have always wanted to be a client , i am a fairly new member and on my first claim I received the most bizarre treatment. The consultant Sethumo Mashabathakga at the Germiston who is handling my case has only been in touch once, whenever I call they say his busy consulting and never returns my calls. With the frustration i decided to deal with the case myself.

I must say am truly disappointed in the type of customer service you guys have, are these consultants even trained to ensure that no matter how small a case is , it has to be treated with the outmost urgency and professionally.

I think I will be cancelling my membership and would advise anyone who asks me not to join, considering the my first claim was treated like this
