Disappointing Service

We have been paying our subscription to Legalwise for almost 9 years. we recently requested help to resolve an issue with City of Johannesburg for cutting water unfairly when we have been paying them extra money every month for more than a year. We contacted LegalWise as our hope and Susan Daele is our Legal Counselor. It's almost a week and half now and this is not moving forward. She will will pop in every other day and request for some information (we will provide the info) and she will disappear with no acknowledgement of our emails . Even when we sent follow-up emails she will not respond. Mind you, we don't have water in the house. FILE ***. Very Disappointed!
