Disappointing and Unhelpful service

I had the worst experience with LegalWise, and I feel like I’ve been paying my hard-earned money for nothing. I reached out for assistance with a legal matter, only to be told by their attorney Mukwevho that they cannot assist me because I joined LegalWise in August 2023.

The attorney kept on telling me it’s not her fault that LegalWise recruitment didnt disclose terms and conditions and was very rude. The situation I needed help with involves a company I joined in before I joined LegalWise , yet LegalWise refused to provide any support simply because I became a member “too late.” This explanation is completely unacceptable what’s the point of paying for legal cover if they won’t assist you when you need it? The matter of interest is happening now why does it matter that I joined legal wise late?

I expected better service and a commitment to helping members, regardless of when they joined. This has been a very disappointing experience, and I regret entrusting LegalWise with my money.
