Disappointed in the service
Very disappointed in no response and feedback from Legal Wise. I have been a member for more than 10 years, from Gold Membership to Platinum Membership but the service is the same, poor. I wonder if it is people employed there who don't respect clients or its the service provider that is poor. So far I have had three cases with them and never received any feedback from them. Have they collected enough money from me and by being none responsive are they suggesting I get a new service provider for legal matter?

13 Nov 2018, 08:49Its sad because after this reply from Legal Wise, still no feedback. I called the Mafikeng office twice to request the legal advisor who helped me I'm still waiting for her called. I logged the complaints twice into their website still no acknowledgment of my complaint. This past Friday, I got an SMS saying I will be called within 48 hrs still no call. Just now I tried to call the customer care line I waited for more than 10 minutes with no answer. I'm getting worried now with Legal Wise. Do they sell products they cant offer?
