Disappointed

My elderly Aunt needs legal assistance, I helped her to call legalwise on the 15 August 2024 and explained what she needs assistance on, I spoke to a lovely lady by the name of Criselda Silubane who was very patient and understanding when talking to my Aunt. We needed a letter of demand to be sent to the person my Aunt is having problems with.

We then received an sms requesting that person s address and I sent the address to legalwise. The sms also stated that the legal advisor will contact us, we are still waiting for that call.

I called legalwise again today 02 September 2024 kindly asking for the Letter of demand and I was told that the legal advisor is busy on another line he will call us back. I call again after 4 hours asking to speak to the legal advisor but he I was told that between 12:00 and 14:00 they are on lunch.

I wonder if this is how the elderly are being treated and being a member for all this years and this being her first time needing assistance form legalwise.
