Disappointed customer

I am very disappointed in Legalwise. I have been a loyal client for many years and have never claimed from them. The one time I ask for their assistance on a case,no one has contacted me despite numerous attempts to contact them. I will definitely be canceling my service with them, and hopefully join a more useful legal team.
