Disappointed by Legalwise lady and poor services

I am so disappointed with Legalwise.

Firstly, I request simple information on how to draft a Will since April? I only received a response now mid June of which I am being asked if there was someone helped me.... I still haven't received that simple info even today.

Secondly, today I phoned Johannesburg offices / branch and wanted to enquire but the lady I couldn't hear her name clearly not sure if is Precious or Portia has got very bad attitude - she early hanged up the phone before I finish up enquiring.

I want management to know that I will cancel my membership because of that lady's attitude.
