Despicable Customer Service by LegalWise

I have received the most despicable customer service from LegalWise. I was involved in a life threatening situation, and my safety was in jeopardy for an extended period of time.

LegalWise promised to refer to an external attorney. They put me in touch with 4 external attorneys, all which were a total disaster and I have heard every excuse possible. Four five weeks I was not assisted by one external attorney.

Secondly, I needed a letter reviewed that I had already written. It only required a review, that would have taken about an hour to review. In three weeks I could not get one simple letter reviewed, until I escalated it to executive leadership. They hardly cared.

To date, despite keeping Customer Care in approximately the 10 most important emails, voicing my concerns and complaints, they have never had the customer care to send me 1 email or call me to make 1 apology. Disgusting service all round by LegalWise.
