Delayed

<p>I was told by Mrs Chetty that I would receive a call-back from the Legal Advisor who initially dealt with my query..this was 4 days ago...and I havent been contacted. </p> <p>Especially as this is not the first time that I am promised a callback and do not receive one,I feel that the services provided by the Durban branch is highly unprofessional .</p> <p>I expect help when I need it ,however this shoddy turnaround time is unacceptable and is not condusive to good business practices.</p> <p>Once again , I have been let down by Legalwise .</p> <p> </p>
