deformation of character

I am so disappointed about poor service from legal wise. I have been loyalty to them but now they are treating me badly. 2013 I went to legal wise for advise after having financial problem. I asked them about debt counselling then explanation was given to me. I was told to bring documents so that they can proceed with application but I decided not to continue i dint sign any documents with them.to my surprise this year when I wanted to buy a car I have found that my name appears on the credit bureau. I was not aware about that then i went to legal wise for assistance i got Sebolelo Lephaila who enquired from NCR they told us that it was legal wise who listed my name under credit bureau.then Seboleleo contacted Pieter Steyn attorneys and was helped by Tidimalo confirmed that they was no feedback from my side and I was noit supposed to have been listed.

they promised to attend the matter and made follow up with Tidimalo she told me that his boss Pieter Steyn said that they cannot removed me from the list till I send them letter from creditors . i am confused because it was confirmed that I didn't sign anything for debts counselling i don t know which letter is he referring too. I DONT KNOW this Pieter Steyn legal wise is the one who is suppose to take my name from the credit bureau. i PAY them to help me not to traumatise me . I cant do anything because my name is blacklisted for something that i dont know.

All i want is the letter which stated that i was handed by mistake.
