Deducting money in my Account

I have joined legal wise at bloed mall with the Legalwise Agent, they started to deduct money from the 25th January, on the 25th May 2015 I needed assistance from legal wise and I sent an email to the branch manager and I was communicated with someone, and the person whom was assisting me told me I am not on their system but they deducting money every month, I had to visit the offices in Central and I got worse service ever starting from the reception to the lady at a pay point and no body cared and they asked a guy form the Agent to assist me, but still I didn't get the help I needed I stayed in their offices for 3 hours and I'm at work, now I want refund of all my money then I can join a legal team that cares for their client . SAD CUSTOMER.
