Debit order went through before debit date

<p>I have set a debit order to go through on the 20th of each month. The 20th of htis month was on a Sunday and as I work for a bank I only got paid on the 21st. Legal wise debitted my accounton the 19th of Nov and I was charged R115 for unpaid D/O. I called Legal Wise on 25th of Nov at 11:16 and spoke to consulotants who kept saying they are are sorry as if that will bring back my money. I finally spoke to Devash Chetty in Collections Dep who advised that I should send my bank statement so they can refund me. Till date I have never received any response, I have been trying to get hold of her with no luck.</p>
