Debit Order going off after cancellation

Hi

I sent through a complaint on this platform last month regarding Legalwise not wanting to cancel my policy. Someone called and advised that my request has been sent through for cancellation. This morning I get an sms to say that Legalwise has deducted my money. How unprofessional can this company be? I want my money reversed and a cancellation letter sent to me immediately!!
