Dealt A Bad Hand By Legalwise

I write this, quite diheartened. I have been a member for some time now and the time came where I needed assistance. LegalWise came to the rescue and assigned me a lawyer. They were timeous and gave me all the assistance I needed. My issue is the post customer service. I was asked to review the assistance I got and I gave the lawyers a bad rating. No one cared to call and ask why and what was the matter. I had the most unprofessional lawyer assigned to my case who after months of collecting evidence arrived to court 1. Late, 2. Without her documents to represent me, and 3 without all the data I collected over the months I had been talking to her. Needless to say I got dealt a bad hand, and when I told her about my disappointment they were nonchalant. I am still a member and 3 months later no one has assisted me with this. The said lawyer even ignores my texts.
