I cancelled my membership 3 months ago and received confirmation of cancellation IN WRITING. but my account is still being debited. You hold on forever on the phone and emails do not get responded to!!! GIVE MY MONEY BAC**** These are the people I have paid for the past 15 years who did nothing for me and obviously with staff who are as useless and *********** as the ones I dealt with, can do nothing for others! What a bunch of ******!
