Continued delays despite promises to deliver!

I wrote a review on 4 April stating my grievances, and received a response exactly 14 days ago. It has been over 2 weeks since my complaint about these unnecessary and frustrating delays! Nothing has progressed still! After my last review, I was called and told that my file has been retrieved from the previously contracted attorney. To date, I have not received a call from the new attorney to say they've got my file and that we can proceed with the case. Nor have I received any update from LegalWise. I am still stuck. Still unemployed. Still awaiting to be paid and reinstated as ordered by the Commissioner of CCMA. Now that you have retrieved my file at the Germiston branch, how long does it take to deliver it to the new attorney that is in the same jurisdiction area? Do I have to approach the ombudsman before this matter is resolved?

I would never recommend LegalWise to anyone!
