I have been paying premiums for 4 years at legalwise and have never used their services. I now require legal advice and cannot get a hold of anyone to speak to. I have tried contacting both offices in Durban but nobody answers the phone. I have submitted 2 online callbacks and I'm still waiting

It's been 3 weeks. The only assistance I received was advice and nothing else. Is Legalwise a legitimate company? If so,what's happened to customer service in this age where competition is so stiff?
