Contact centre legal advise

I have been calling Legalwize Kempton Park branch since Wednesday the the 5th regarding an issue with my lift club and every time they promised to call me back they don't even today. Yesterday I was halfway through the conversation with an adviser by the name of Olga. the line went dead for minutes and eventually dropped. I called ********** 457 and Thuli promised that they will call me back. I need this matter sorted out before end of this month. I did not come to work because of this driver who decided not pick me up on Wednesday without notifying me. What exactly do they mean when they say 24hr legal advise and their customer service is very bad . This was just advisory over the phone what about serious big matters if they cant assist with small ones .
